Napier Green was introduced by McLaren for the 675LT Coupe in 2015 where it was also used as the communication color for the reveal and press activities for the car. The 675LT Spider which came later had another communication color but Napier Green was still available. The color was about equally as popular on both the coupe and spider with around 50 of each having left the factory in this shade of green.
