Azurite Black has a similar appearance to another BMW color Carbon Black, it looks black in overcast conditions and only shows it blue metallic under direct sunlight.
Compared to Carbon Black, Azurite has a much darker and deeper tone of blue, thereby looking even more black. Carbon Black on the other hand has more hints of purple in the metallic flake.
